Documents and enquiries

Find public documents, prepare a brief, estimate your project and reach the team from one section of the website.

Documents to review

The documents section contains public information about the company, services and working arrangements. Signed contracts, acceptance certificates, bank documents and the full rights register are not public downloads. For a specific project, identify the required document and its intended recipient.

Prepare a useful enquiry

Describe the outcome, audience and platforms, available source materials, constraints, deadline and decision-maker. The brief helps organise these inputs; the calculator provides an initial project configuration. The team confirms the final scope and price after reviewing the materials.

Contact the team and use Logos

Logos is available through the button in the corner of the page. It helps locate sections, documents and services. Refer project-specific questions about terms and documents to the team through the contacts page. An assistant response does not replace an agreed proposal or contract.

Confidential materials

Agree a private channel before transferring signed documents, restricted source files, payment details or participant information. Do not include unnecessary personal data in an initial enquiry. Meetings and studio sessions require an advance appointment.

Content with a clear purpose

Inputs

Start with an audience and one outcome: explain, demonstrate, support a choice or prepare an enquiry. Collect facts, source assets and constraints, and name the person who checks them. Annotate references with the technique you want and the reason for it.

Working review

Separate the master content from platform adaptations. Check format, duration, mobile readability, sound, subtitles and safe areas. Agree versions, timing and review rounds before production.

Handoff

Before handoff, verify facts, contacts, links, filenames and asset permissions. Give every version a clear purpose and approval status. Publication, paid placement and account access are agreed separately from content production.
