an onboarding map organized by role, stage, and required action

Internal learning
We help turn employee onboarding into a clear, repeatable route using video modules, concise reference materials, navigation, and an organized knowledge base.
This service is for HR, operations, learning, and team leads that need new employees to find approved information, understand key processes, and know where to ask for help.
We define the employee groups, starting knowledge, required actions, process owners, and source documents. Information is divided into modules and reference materials, then recorded, edited, and connected through clear navigation. The client appoints owners for factual review and future updates.
The final configuration follows the approved brief, channels, source materials, schedule, and rights framework.
an onboarding map organized by role, stage, and required action
video modules covering the agreed processes and introductions
concise checklists, reference notes, and navigation
an approved knowledge-base structure with content owners and update rules
Use these examples as a starting point. A producer will confirm the actual production route after reviewing the brief.
Scope, inputs, timeline, approvals, and usage rights are confirmed for the actual project.

We help turn employee onboarding into a clear, repeatable route using video modules, concise reference materials, navigation, and an organized knowledge base.
Depending on the brief, deliverables can include an onboarding map organized by role, stage, and required action; video modules covering the agreed processes and introductions; concise checklists, reference notes, and navigation; and an approved knowledge-base structure with content owners and update rules.
The client confirms policies, procedures, legal and safety wording, access levels, and the current version of every source document. The project does not replace required live instruction, certification, supervision, or HR and legal processes. Platform setup, permissions, testing, and ongoing updates are separate unless included in the scope.
A new employee receives a large amount of information at once, but not all of it is needed on day one. Knowledge is assigned to moments of use, mandatory material is separated from reference content, and the route shows where the current version can be found later.
Define the role, access level, first actions, and onboarding checkpoints; separate the company overview from processes, safety, tools, and role-specific tasks.
Gather current policies, instructions, process maps, content owners, recurring questions, accessibility and platform requirements, and review dates for information that changes frequently.
Design the module and scenario sequence, edit expert explanations, produce video and reference material in the agreed format, and test the route with a representative of the intended role before release.
Supply a modular package with navigation, version names, content owners, and clear distinctions between viewing, practice, knowledge checking, and later reference.
Move from the current task to production, evidence, estimation, or project launch without losing context.
Employee onboarding content that makes the first steps clear and repeatable
Start with an audience and one outcome: explain, demonstrate, support a choice or prepare an enquiry. Collect facts, source assets and constraints, and name the person who checks them. Annotate references with the technique you want and the reason for it.
Separate the master content from platform adaptations. Check format, duration, mobile readability, sound, subtitles and safe areas. Agree versions, timing and review rounds before production.
Before handoff, verify facts, contacts, links, filenames and asset permissions. Give every version a clear purpose and approval status. Publication, paid placement and account access are agreed separately from content production.
