Why the result remains a starting estimate
Two tasks with the same duration may require different teams. Preparation, locations, performers, equipment, number of versions, music, graphics, rights, and source-material quality affect the price. The calculator shows a public starting point and does not hide a custom quote behind an arbitrary figure.

Examples of appropriate use of the starting estimate
Where the source materials are ready and the task is standard, the starting estimate helps move more quickly to a quote. Where a concept, team, filming, music, graphics, and extended rights must be developed, the scope is defined first. For recurring production, we calculate the repeatable process rather than one video: preparation, templates, an adaptation package, and a release schedule.
In the brief, include a link to the closest case, the required date, platforms, available materials, and definition of done. This lets the producer verify the calculation without collecting the basic inputs again.
